I was born in The Hague (The Netherlands), raised in Zoetermeer and I am currently active in Rotterdam. After an education in graphic design at the Graphic Lyceum (2003 – 2006), I started my bachelor degree in illustration at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam.
During this study I remained working actively within the graphic field. This led to the choice to interrupt my studies for a year, to commit myself as full-time designer to Marcel van Galen Design in Boxtel. In september 2010 I gave up my position there to return to my studies to earn my degree.
With a great passion for form and detail and with an endless curiosity, I try to find and exceed my own limits every new process. Within this, experimenting and experiencing are very important to me. Every new challenge requires its own translation into a concept, leading to a suitable design. All this makes my work diverse, made with an eye for detail.
